8月のちょうどお盆の時期に、ANAN Hotelのホームページから予約をしました。
予約をするとすぐにお返事が。

1 Superior double room: $32.00/night (including 10% Tax and 5% service charge, Excluding breakfast).

I would like to ask you about differences between Superior room and Luxery room.
I prefer upper floors. If it is still open, and upper floor than superior room
I will ask you offer booking luxery room.
looking forward to visiting VietNam and your hotel.

I would like to confirm again my booking.
I sent the e-mail on ●th July as follows,
Please check it again, and inform me my booking completed or not as soon as possible.
I am looking forward hearing soon.

と入れて、前のメールをつけ「頼む返信ください。」といっているのにお返事もらえてません。
これは、前の書き込みにあったように、とりあえず予約は受けるだけ受けてるのかしら？ その後は、あとはほったらかし？と不信感です。
今まで、タイ、カンボジア、ラオス、インド、エジプトとミニホテルのホームページから申し込むことがたびたびありましたが、こんなことはなかったので、ちょっと心配になっています。他のホテルも検討してますが、とれているかいないか、判断つかず悩み中です。ご存知の通り、ANAの到着便は遅く、当日探すなら1日目はとっておきたいのです。同じ経験をしたかたはいませんでしょうか？
情報あれば教えてください。
